A family business based in Agros a village in the Limassol District, where the family’s roots come from. The charcuterie company “Kavkalia” has been producing traditional smoked and wine-cured cold cuts in the age-old way since 1978. The cold cuts stand out by preserving traditional techniques that are slowly disappearing over time, and by using local raw materials, they have managed for decades to produce products that stand out and have received awards. The wine-cured smoked Kavkalia Cold Cuts are free from preservatives. Using salt, dry red wine, and select spices, they manage to cure their cold cuts naturally.

An approved partner of the Troodos Geopark, as it produces cold cuts using traditional local techniques, which have been registered as EU Geographical Indication Products.
