The goal of Boukkoma is not only the entrepreneurial development of the communities, but also to encourage young people to invest in the mountainous areas of Troodos. The food is prepared with local Cypriot ingredients and cooked using innovative international techniques. The owners are eco-conscious, local, and pet-friendly!
